Have a project, a question, or just want to say hi? We read everything that lands in the studio inbox — and reply to every message within two business days, usually faster.
Four ways to find us.
Pick whichever channel feels most natural — they all reach the same small team. The fastest way for project work is the form below; the fastest way for press is the press inbox.

Mon-Fri · 09:00-18:00Press
For interviews, brand assets, screenshots, founder bios, and feature pitches. We'll send a press kit and a same-week response.
press@hwfanvl.comWe reply to every message, and we mean it.
No black holes, no auto-replies, no "we'll be in touch within 4–6 weeks." If your note doesn't reach a human within two business days, write to silasr@theboartech.pics with "URGENT" in the subject and we'll spot it.
Tell us what you're building.
The more you can share, the more useful our first reply will be. We treat every inbound as confidential by default and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before the first real conversation.
The questions we hear most.
If yours isn't here, send it to silasr@theboartech.pics and we'll add the answer to this page.
Do you sign NDAs before discussing a project?
Yes — happily. We'll sign your mutual NDA, or send you ours, before any non-public details are shared. Most partners prefer to do this on the first call, and we can have a fully countersigned PDF back to you within 24 hours.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on what "done" means. A polished utility app typically ships in 6–10 weeks from kickoff. A casual game with a soft launch and three live-ops events runs 10–14 weeks. A mediation re-stack on an existing app can be done in two. We always send a detailed week-by-week plan before the first invoice.
Which platforms do you publish on?
Google Play and Apple's App Store are our home turf — we ship there weekly. We also build for the open web (PWA-style), macOS (via Mac Catalyst or native), Android TV, and Apple TV. We don't currently publish on Steam or console stores, but we're happy to introduce you to partners who do.
Do you offer white-label services?
Yes. We've built apps for agencies, brands, and studios that wanted a fully unbranded final deliverable. You get the source code, the build pipeline, the store assets, and a clean handover document — and our role disappears from the credits page if you'd prefer.
What's your minimum engagement size?
For a build project, our minimum is a 4-week discovery + design sprint. For consulting, we start with a paid 1-week audit (with a clear, written deliverable at the end). We don't do unpaid pitches — we'd rather spend that week shipping something on our own portfolio.
Can you help with an existing app, or only new builds?
Both. About a third of our work is rescuing or re-stacking apps that already exist — onboarding rewrites, mediation overhauls, store-page refreshes, and crash-rate triage. We'll do a 1-week audit first so you can see exactly what we'd change before you commit.
Do you handle app store compliance and submissions?
Yes — including the boring but important parts. Privacy policy, terms, age rating, data safety, advertising ID declarations, App Tracking Transparency prompts, GDPR consent flow, COPPA gating, and store-policy review. We've never had a rejection we couldn't fix in under 48 hours.
How do we get started?
Send a message through the form above, or email silasr@theboartech.pics with a paragraph about what you're building. Within two business days, you'll get a reply from a real human, a 30-minute call invite, and (if it's a fit) a one-page plan with timeline and quote.
