Services & Products

End-to-end product work, from the first sketch to a chart-topping release. We design, build, publish, monetize, and keep alive — under one studio roof, with one accountable team.

End-to-end 90+ countries Privacy-first Data-driven
Studio capabilities

Eight disciplines. One team, no handoffs.

A short, deliberate list of services we can credibly ship. We say no to anything we can't put our name behind — and we say yes to most of the rest, end to end.

01

Mobile game production

Full-cycle single-player casual games — match-3, runner, merge, sort, idle, and brain-training. From game-design document through engine build, level design, animation, and soft-launch tuning.

  • Game design documents & prototypes
  • Unity & native engine builds
  • Level design and difficulty curves
  • Soft-launch and A/B iteration
02

Utility & lifestyle apps

Daily-use companions: smart calculators, focused note-taking, habit tracking, photo tools, and health check-ins. Engineered for the 10-second, twice-a-day user who keeps an app for years.

  • iOS & Android native development
  • Cross-platform with React Native / Flutter
  • Onboarding & activation flows
  • Long-tail retention & lifecycle messaging
03

Publishing & store optimization

Hand-crafted store pages that earn the tap. We write the copy, art-direct the screenshots, pick the right category and keywords, and run continuous ASO experiments on title, subtitle, and creative.

  • Keyword research and metadata tuning
  • Screenshot and preview-video art direction
  • Localization for 10+ languages
  • Featured placement and PR pitching
04

Cross-platform engineering

One codebase, three stores. We architect apps that ship to iOS, Android, and the open web from a single repo — sharing logic, assets, analytics, and ad mediation while respecting each platform's native conventions.

  • Shared design system and component library
  • CI/CD for App Store, Google Play, and Web
  • Unified analytics & remote config
  • Single sign-on & cloud sync
05

Live-ops & content updates

A shipped app is a living product. We run fortnightly events, holiday drops, balance patches, and server-configurable difficulty — plus the analytics review that decides what we ship next.

  • Event calendar & content roadmap
  • A/B-tested creatives and difficulty curves
  • Push & in-app lifecycle messaging
  • Weekly retention & ARPDAU review
06

Privacy & compliance

Compliance as a first-class feature. We design data flows, write privacy policies, configure age-gates, and stand up the SDK consent prompts that Google, Apple, and the EU regulators actually expect.

  • GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ATT readiness
  • Age-rating questionnaires & IARC submission
  • SDK consent prompts (UMP, ATT, TCF)
  • Data-subject access tooling & DSAR flow
07

User acquisition consulting

We don't buy media on your behalf, but we'll set up the campaigns, build the creatives, and tune the bids so your UA team — or ours — gets profitable cohorts from day one.

  • MMP setup (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
  • Creative testing frameworks
  • Cohort LTV modeling & payback windows
  • Apple Search Ads & UAC best practices
08

Localization & internationalization

Translate once, tune for every market. We coordinate native linguists, adapt UI strings, rework screenshots, and re-rank keywords per locale — so an app that wins in Brazil doesn't lose in Japan.

  • 10+ language coverage out of the box
  • Cultural adaptation, not just translation
  • Per-locale store-page testing
  • Right-to-left & CJK layout QA
Mobile apps

Mobile apps, in your pocket.

Two stores, one studio, and a portfolio that spans the kind of products real people open every day — for a five-minute brain warm-up, a 90-second photo edit, or a Sunday-evening puzzle with the family.

Casual mobile games

Single-player, low-pressure, high-replay. Every title is built around a one-line core loop that's fun by the third tap, with a meta-progression layer that earns a 30-day return visit.

  • Match-3
  • Endless runner
  • Merge
  • Sort & stack
  • Idle tycoon
  • Brain training
  • Solitaire & cards

Everyday utility apps

The quiet workhorses of a phone home screen. We design for the user who opens an app for ten seconds, twice a day, and never uninstalls — because every interaction earns the next one.

  • Productivity
  • Calculator & converters
  • Notes & journals
  • Health & habits
  • Photo & video tools
  • QR, scanner, files
  • Smart reminders
Where to find us

Published on every screen that matters.

One team, one release train, two stores. We don't do "mobile only" or "tablet only" — every app is reviewed on a 6.1-inch iPhone, a 6.7-inch Android, an iPad mini, and a low-end device before it ships.

Ad mediation & monetization

Every impression, fairly auctioned.

We don't pick a single ad partner and hope. We run a layered mediation stack — with AdMob as the backbone, TopOn and TradPlus as the optimization layer, and a deep bench of premium networks as bid sources — then tune the waterfalls per region, per device, and per session.

Ad networks & SSPs we integrate with

Seventeen platforms, one normalized event schema, one dashboard. Each is wired up with consent, frequency caps, and child-directed treatment where it applies.

01

Splash ad

Cold open

A 3–5 second brand moment at launch, served before the first interactive frame. We cap frequency per session and skip the splash if the user has already seen it inside the same hour — so it never gets in the way of an engaged user.

  • Best for: Casual games with a 3-tap return
  • eCPM tier: High on cold opens, low repeat
  • UX rule: Always skippable after 3 seconds
02

Rewarded video

Opt-in · best LTV

The user picks to watch a 15–30 second video in exchange for a meaningful in-app reward — extra lives, a power-up, a streak saver, an unlock. We treat rewarded as a feature, not an interruption, and never auto-play it.

  • Best for: Game progression, utility unlocks
  • eCPM tier: Highest CPM across all formats
  • UX rule: Opt-in only, never on a timer
03

Interstitial

Natural break

A full-screen ad at a moment that already feels like a pause — between levels, after a task, before a save point. We cap to one interstitial per session-per-chapter and respect a 60-second cooldown after the last one.

  • Best for: Between-level, post-task
  • eCPM tier: Mid-high, scales with fill
  • UX rule: Frequency cap & session cap enforced
04

Banner

Always-on, low-touch

A small, quiet strip at the bottom of a screen — ideal for utility apps where the user is already staying. We use adaptive banners, auto-refresh after 30 seconds, and never block a primary action with a sticky placement.

  • Best for: Utility screens, long sessions
  • eCPM tier: Steady baseline, low variance
  • UX rule: Never above the fold, never on inputs
Our philosophy

User experience first.
Data a close second.

We will never trade a 0.4-point retention drop for a 6% eCPM lift. The studio's job is to keep people opening the app tomorrow — and the mediation layer's job is to make every impression worth the moment. The two are not in tension if you instrument them honestly.

UX-first frequency caps

Hard limits per session, per day, per genre — tuned per app, not inherited from a template.

eCPM waterfall optimization

Per-region, per-device, per-placement bidding — refreshed weekly from the last 30 days of fill data.

A/B-tested ad placements

Every change goes through a 7-day split test with a primary KPI and a guardrail metric before it ships to 100%.

Hybrid monetization

Ads plus a soft in-app store for power users, with rewarded video as the on-ramp — never pay-to-win.

How we ship

Six steps. One release train.

The same playbook for a 6-week utility app, a 12-week casual game, and a 4-week mediation re-stack. Each phase has a clear owner, a clear exit, and a clear handoff to the next.

01

Discovery

A 2-week sprint to align on the player, the problem, the success metric, and the smallest version that can credibly prove the idea.

02

Design

Wireframes, a paper prototype, a brand pass, and a clickable build — all reviewed weekly, all tested with five users before a single line of code lands in the repo.

03

Build

Two-week sprints, every Friday a TestFlight or internal-track build, every Friday a written demo. No silent months, no last-minute reveals.

04

Test

Internal QA, a paid external testing pool, an accessibility pass, a low-end device pass, and a final store-policy review before we even think about pressing submit.

05

Launch

Staged rollout, ASO, press kit, in-app onboarding tuned for week-one cohorts, and a launch-day war-room for the first 48 hours of crashes and reviews.

06

Iterate

A quarterly roadmap, a fortnightly event calendar, and a Monday-morning dashboard review that decides what the team ships next week.

Let's build

Got a product in mind? Let's map it.

A 30-minute call, a one-page plan, and a quote within two business days. No pitch decks, no procurement forms, no pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you — and probably name two studios that are.
